It takes a lot to stand out in South Beach. But even by the 305’s famously high standards, the eco-inspired Lennox Hotel sets itself apart through a fresh blend of modern luxury and bespoke guest experiences.
Opened in 2019, The Lennox transformed a 1930s art deco heritage building into a modern landmark. Original terrazzo floors and archways lead into four intimately connected buildings housing 119 individually curated rooms. Natural design elements are incorporated throughout, including handcrafted furnishings from Patagonia and upcycled materials sourced by Argentinian designer Juan Ciavarella.
Navigate led the design + brand strategy for the hotel, developing a new visual identity, in-room communications, menu design, and much more ahead of the brand’s successful launch into the US market.
